Description
Bittersweet Merlot vinegar that is delicious and elegant to the palate, reminiscent of blackberries, raspberries and violets. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels where it acquires elegant toasted notes. The richness of this vinegar is in the balance between the refreshing notes of the vividness typical of vinegar and the harmonic intensity of the aromas of merlot wine.
